• Course fees must be paid in full during registration.

• Prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes.

• A confirmation email will be sent upon successful registration.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date.

• Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable.

• Refund processing may take up to 10 business days.

3. Participant Responsibilities

To ensure safety and a positive experience, participants must:

• Provide accurate medical information and complete required forms.

• Follow safety guidelines and instructions from dive instructors.

• Respect other participants and the environment.

4. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

• Materials provided during the course are for personal use only.

• Reproduction, sharing, or distribution of course content is prohibited.

5. Liability Disclaimer

Ocean Dive Basics is not responsible for:

• Injuries or health issues arising from non-disclosure of medical conditions.

• Personal property loss or damage during sessions.

• Course disruptions caused by weather or external factors.
